AGI is also known for conceptualizing unique projects and was recently selected by the California Public Employees' Retirement System (CALPERS), along with TMG Partners, to manage Avant Housing, a $100 million fund dedicated to building $400 million of workforce housing for the Greater Bay Area while encouraging investment in minority-owned businesses.
